The Advocacy Club's Boot Camp, with more than 500 graduates, trains junior lawyers, articling students and paralegals on the essential techniques of advocacy, those not taught in school.  How to frame a basic question. How to analyze a set of facts. How to apply that analysis to create a strategy for examinations. How to structure an argument. 

Now, you can access these unique techniques from a senior litigator, John Hollander, by streaming nine videos and the accompanying Show Notes and case study.

Each video features two presentations of techniques by John Hollander,  followed by unrehearsed demonstrations by Advocacy Club member-lawyers with feedback.

Completion of each video constitutes substantive continuing professional development for the Law Society of Ontario.
